     To lose the weight that you have gained, you need to change your lifestyle. Stop eating fast food which is high in carbohydrates and fats. I know you love burgers and nuggets. Why don’t you practise a balanced diet rich in vegetables and fruits. Carbonated drinks should be avoided as the sugar content is very high. Make sure you exercise every day. Go jogging or walking and see how quickly you lose weight.  Be determined and persevere. I am sure you will succeed. Take care!
